The Structure of the CIPDH
The General Assembly – the Board meets once a year and the President sends an annual report on past activity. The election of directors and the adoption of the budget fall within the competence of the General Assembly.
The Administrative Council – The Administrative Council is headed by the President of the CIPDH. Its management is ensured by the French Direction of the International Committee.
The CIPDH Lawyers Group.
The group of lawyers linked to our organization brings together legal advisers and specialists in the protection of Human Rights at the international level.
Representations and offices of the CIPDH:
Director of the Representation – is the plenipotentiary representative of the organization in the country. Assumes full legal responsibility for the activity of the representation of the organization. Performs general management by representing the organization in the country.
Administrative Board of the Representation – is a main governing body of the Representation of the organization. Performs administrative and financial management through representation. Grants the annual report on the work done at the General Assembly.
Offices – regional directorates having the status of civil person. Mainly comprising experts and specialists.
Public reception halls – public reception halls that do not have the status of a civil person. Perform advisory work.
CIPDH representations and national offices:
The director of each national office of the International Committee for the Protection of Human Rights is the plenipotentiary representative of the Committee. The actions of all the offices of the CIPDH are coordinated by the Administrative Council of the Committee. All offices have common goals and communicate with each other.
CIPDH working groups:
If necessary, the International Committee for the Protection of Human Rights can create ad hoc international working groups.
