More than 30 fishermen have gone missing after two boats capsized off the coast of Pakistan’s Sindh province in the Arabian Sea on Jan. 22.

The report, citing Xinhua, quoted police as saying.

It was reported that there were more than 35 fishermen on the boats. 5 of them were rescued. The Pakistani Navy and volunteers continue to search for the missing.

A local official said strong winds and overloading of boats were the cause of the accident.
