US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Jolie had a telephone conversation.
The statement came from the State Department’s press service, TASS reports.
The sides discussed the situation around Ukraine.
«We discussed our common concerns about the potential threat to Ukraine, as well as efforts to push Russia toward diplomacy and de-escalation,» the statement said.
