The speaker said that on May 12 last year, during a visit to Shusha, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev inaugurated the 110/35/10 kilovolt Shusha s / s. The construction of a 75-kilometer 110-kilovolt two-circuit power line from the Shukurbayli s / s in Fizuli to Shusha was carried out on a continuous, 73-day basis, which is a record not only in the energy history of Azerbaijan, but also in the energy history of the region. The substation has been fully digitalized by connecting to the remote-controlled SCADA Dispatcher Management System. Also, on June 14, 2021, President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the newly built Fizuli and reconstructed Shukurbayli s / s. The Fizuli s / s, located near the Shusha road, will supply electricity to all infrastructure to be built in Fizuli and surrounding villages. In order to connect most of the liberated territories to the general energy system of Azerbaijan, the Shukurbayli s / s has been expanded and completely reconstructed. Speaking about the road construction in Karabakh, the chairman said that President Ilham Aliyev’s participation in the groundbreaking and opening ceremonies for the development of road infrastructure during each visit to Karabakh always worries our notorious neighbors. The speaker noted that Armenian journalist Bella Lalayan wrote on her social network account about the creative work carried out by Azerbaijan in the liberated territories. Bella Lalayan shared a photo of the tunnel to be built on the Ahmadbeyli-Fuzuli-Shusha highway in the Dashalti village on her social media account. “We have not had a tunnel or asphalt in Stepanakert (Khankendi) for 30 years. Now look at the Fizuli-Shusha tunnel, enter the ground, ”he said, emphasizing the importance of the work done under the leadership of Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
Other speakers at the event were Alamdar Guliyev and Vahid Tagiyev, who spoke about the start of large-scale work to restore infrastructure in the liberated territories. They noted that the construction of modern roads in several directions has been started in a short time. After the November 10 statement on the construction of a road to Karabakh, Azerbaijan, which has started the rapid restoration, construction and implementation of infrastructure projects in the demined areas of the occupied territories, has begun to seriously amaze the Armenian public.
