The website AMIA.AZ reported that Firdovsi Alakbarov gave a fake major to Elchin Guliyev.
Firdovsi Alakbarov himself contacted the editorial office regarding the issue. He was acquitted and told about his release and how Elchin Guliyev deceived him:
«Elchin Guliyev is the biggest forger. Ismayil Agayev brought him to me.
They deceived me using my sincerity. While abroad, Ismayil Agayev used my name and gave Elchin a fake rank of major.
At various times, Elchin used the name of the International Committee for the Protection of Human Rights (CIPDH) to defraud many individuals.
Ismayil Agayev, Elchin Guliyev and others around me caused my arrest and insulted me.
Eventually, justice was served, and I was acquitted and released.
Let me also say that I still hold that position and fulfill my duty. I present to you the documentary proof of this.
