As in the last 30 years, the families of our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence of Azerbaijan after the Great Patriotic War have been covered with attention and care in the Imishli region, as well as all over the country. Thus, on the eve of Novruz holiday, the head of the Imishli District Executive Power Elchin Rzayev together with the staff of the Office visited the families of our compatriots who died for the defense of our lands. During the meeting, the chief executive said that our appreciative people will never forget our martyrs, who gave us great victories over the enemy, and will always cherish and respect their memory. The chief executive also congratulated the families of our martyrs on the upcoming Novruz holiday and presented them with holiday gifts. The families who received the gifts thanked the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for their attention and care. At the same time, they welcomed the project and thanked the organizers.
It should be noted that such projects, in addition to contributing to the improvement of social welfare of citizens, are important in terms of providing them with care, giving families a festive mood on significant days, and support for privileged categories of citizens will continue.
