Today, Imishli district is experiencing a period of development under the leadership of Mr. Elchin Rzayev, the head of the district executive power. We filmed these shots in front of the H.Aliyev Center and around the Statue from the still unfinished park intended for recreation of the residents. This eye-catching scene was created as a result of the attention and care of the head of the region.
